Shipping
- We offer FREE shipping within Ireland. This takes 2-3 working days from when your order is dispatched from our HQ.
- Guaranteed Christmas delivery up until Tuesday 21st December.
- We also offer REGISTERED shipping for €5.50 within Ireland which is next working day delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number on your dispatch email where you can track at www.anpost.ie.
- Delivery for Europe & the Rest Of The World takes 2-5 working days. Prices will be calculated at the checkout. You will be provided with a tracking number on your dispatch email where you can track at www.anpost.ie
- When you place an order online you will be sent a receipt of payment to your email address & when your order has been processed a dispatch confirmation e-mail to confirm your parcel has been dispatched from ELLAGRACE HQ.
Returns & Warranty
- You have 15 days to file for a return via email. Please email your Order Number, Full Name and Product you wish to return to hello@ellagrace.ie.
- Strictly no returns on earrings and piercings due to hygiene reasons along with SALE items.
- If you request a refund you will receive the amount you paid in your order once you have contacted us within the 15 days minus postage and packaging through the method of payment you processed your payment with.
- Not responsible for the payment of postage for returning goods.
